Since the roll out of flexi chimney rods in April 2010, we have now become an established manufacturer and supplier of chimney sweeping equipment, to the public and trade sectors. Our extensive research into new and innovative equipment, both in-house and as it comes onto the global market, means we will always be able to offer the best competitive prices to our customers in the UK.
Paul is the CEO and has utilized his extensive engineering background, from many years in the maritime and luxury yacht industry, to the design and development of our current and future product line.

We do not process customer credit cards, this is all done securely and externally via Stripe Financial Services and your Card Company.
Return Policy
Returns can be made with a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date on the condition that the goods are returned in the original purchased condition and fully re-saleable, ‘as new’ i.e. not after the rods have been used. We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition The Buyer pays for return postage, that should be returned by a signed for secure postal service.
Goods will only be dispatched when full payment is received. This does not affect your statutory Buyer’s rights.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver goods within 48 hours when orders are received on Monday to Friday before midday GMT. Otherwise, 3 to 4 days if either the order or delivery date falls over the weekend. Normal exceptions apply for Bank holidays, peak postal periods and courier delivery delays etc. which are outside the control of flexi chimney rods. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but given as a guide only. Goods shipped to you directly from manufacturers or distributors may arrive on a different carrier to those stated.
Deliveries to destinations outside of mainland UK:
Simply fill in some basic details in the form on the Global Postage page. I will then quickly get back to you with the most competitive carrier quotation.
